From incoming material checks to final load testing — how each batch is verified.
Every batch passes three gates: incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks, and final proof load testing.
Records from all three are retained and linked to the batch number stamped on the product. A customer who reports a field issue can be traced back to the exact heat of steel and the operator on shift.
We publish our test standards rather than describing them as "international grade", because buyers need to compare against their own specification.
